Report damage, faults, missing components, an incorrect item, or a material difference from the listing promptly.

• Provide your order reference and product name.
• Describe the issue and affected component.
• Attach relevant photographs or video.
• Include package and shipping-label images where useful.

A confirmed issue attributable to us receives an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by our error.

If you have a safety concern, stop using the affected item while seeking guidance. Evidence can usually show the product alone; a child does not need to appear in the photograph.

Contact us first. Approved returns receive instructions and a destination.

Do not assume the registered address or original parcel’s sender address is the authorized return location.
